Coach Profile: As Head Coach, Georgi Chilikov wants to create a positive atmosphere and a competitive environment for each player of his squad. During his daily work as a Head Coach, Georgi is using a positive and intensive communication with his players.
As Head Coach, Georgi has regular personal contact with the youth coordinator of his club and the coaches of the academy (to develop a common philosophy of play).
As a Head coach, his job is to decide which football system/tactics will fit his squad in order to be successful during the games.
