Hat-Trick For Banahene Against Hearts Of Oak

Top striker Emmanuel Banahene of Kpando Heart of Lions scored 3 goals against city rival Accra Hearts of Oak. Banahene scored his 4th, 5th and 6th goal of the season since he rejoined the "Lions" after his spell in Israel. Banahene put Heart of Lions in an early lead when he scored already in minute 3. Banahene scored again in minute 45 and closed the game with the winning goal in the final stages of the match. 
The exciting 6-5 thriller was the highest scoring match of the 2009-2010 Glo Premier League. Kpando Heart of Lions finished the season in 4th place (46 points) with 7 points behind newly crowned champions Aduana Stars.
