Scouting Team player Stanislav Shopov (23/02/2002), central midfielder of PFC Botev Plovdiv, is called by the Bulgarian national team U16 from August the 17th to the 26th.

During this period, the Bulgarian national team U16 will have a training camp in Bulgaria and after they will participate to an International tournament U16 in Russia (Memorial "Valentin Ivanov"), at Moscow, at Stadium Eduard Streltsov, from August the 22nd to the 26th.

The games of the Memorial "Valentin Ivanov" will be played as following:
- 22/08/2017, at 14:30 (local time): Bulgaria vs Israel,
- 24/08/2017, at 17:30 (local time): Russia vs Bulgaria,
- 26/08/2017, at 14:30 (local time): Lithuania vs Bulgaria.
