James Bissue, Scouting Team player from Ghana, signed a new 3 years contract with Ghanaian L1 club Hearts of Oak. 21-years old midfielder James Bissue (15/06/1991), joined Hearts of Oak from Maccabi Umm al-Fahm FC. Among others, he also played for Hapoel Beer Sheva in Israel.
