Emmanuel Banahene Joins Israeli Premiership Cub Hapoel Petah Tiqwa

Scouting Team player Emmanuel Banahene signed a 1-year deal with Premiership club Hapoel Petah Tiqwa in Israel on Wednesday, July 30. The Club Hapoel Petah Tiqwa agreed a one year loan deal with Ghanaian Club Hearts of Lions in Accra and further holds an option to make the move permanent on a 4-year deal after the loan spell. Loan and transfer fee have not been disclosed.

The second top sorer of the Ghana One Touch Premiership, Emmanuel Banahene, arrived on Saturday, July 26 in Tel Aviv with Scouting Team General Manager of Ghana Joseph Epton and Managing Director Sven Franssen. The signing of the contract was more or less a formality and left all participants very satisfied and delighted.

At the official presentation of the team Emmanuel Banahene received a warm welcome by the fans.

Banahene will play in the shirt No. 10 an honour he will try to pay back with many goals during the coming season.

Scouting Team wishes Emmanuel Banahene and his team Hapoel Petah Tiqwa good luck for the new season 2008/2009.
