Zaytuna United third place in the 2008 Liberty U19 International Classic tournament held at the Liberty Carl Raindorf park, Dansoman Accra. Zaytuna United lost 3-1 in the semi Final to Liberty Professionals and met Top Talents FC for the third place position. The match against Top Talents ended in a goalless draw which saw the match straight into penalty shoot out to separate the two teams. The penalty shoots out ended 3-4 in favour of Zaytuna United. Scouting Team player Samuel Odartey Lamptey won the day for Zaytuna United and he kick in the post a beautiful penalty.
