Scouting Team and Psicoaching have developed a partnership in order to offer further expert services to our clients (players, clubs, federations...) and to realise some sport projects such as :

- Development of a psichological structure for football trainers : We propose a complete formation for trainers (from Level 0 to Level 3) in order to have a better knowledge and resources about the psychology in sports, in order to know more about the different behaviour in sports, humans relations during training, competitions and to work more with the players and his parents and family, etc...

- Development of a psichological structure for football referees : We propose a complete formation for the referees (from Level 0 to Level 3), to give them some aptitudes (perspectives, communication, planification, to control oneself, etc...) in order to control the pressure, to accept the errors, etc...

These projects have been proposed to the regional federation in Spain, in order to work with their respective referees and trainers commitees and give them a added value.

Psicoaching is a consultancy that specialises in performance psychology and human welfare. As its name suggests, it merges psychology and coaching together. Psicoaching was founded by MS. Marcela Herrera in Barcelona in 2005, with the aim of delivering psychological tools for all participants in the world of sport and business.  

Founder PhD (Philosophiæ Doctor) MS. Marcela Herrera is a sport psychologist, human performance psychologist and professor, with more than 10 years experience in this field.

Psicoaching provides complementary education to sporting bodies and individuals, wishing to enhance their learning and performance. The main objective is to work on the psychological development of athlet's at the level of personal well-being and performance level.

Psicoaching works with parents and coaches who are a major part of the environmental influence on children and youth.

Psicoaching believes that well-guided physical activity can shape a major driving force within the educational structure of Catalonia and through OTT.

Psicoaching offers the following services as a way of achieving these objectives:

- Personal coaching; individual sessions with mental training.

- Interdisciplinary vision of sport: working with different parties involved (Physio-Therapists, Sport Doctors, Physical Trainers etc).

- Coaching teams.

- Training (workshops, lectures, conferences, outdoor and indoor training).

- Procedure manuals.- Training courses for coaches, instructors, athletes, parents and decision takers.

- Training in adventure sport.

- Direct assessment with coaches throughout all the courses offered.

- Internet assessment with national football coaches.

- Personal coaching of sport professionals.

- Research in decision making and proprioception (The sense of the relative position of neighbouring parts of the body) with the Barcelona and Autónoma Universities.

- Continuous updating through attending congresses in Spain , Europe and South America (ENYSSP, FEPSAC).
