Scouting Team is an international sport management company, developing an exclusive and worldwide operating network of experienced experts, specialized in the field of sport.
SCOUTING TEAM'S PHILOSOPHY:
- Scouting Team works only direct within its own exclusive international network without using any middle men, mediator or external agents.
- Scouting Team works only with exclusive network partners in each country. Scouting Team developed the idea:
"One partner, One market, One responsibility"
Scouting Team believes in quality rather than quantity. Therefore we are looking to assist and represent “the best of the best” players in each country and age category of U17, U20, U23 and the Premier League. To offer the best service in the industry we also need the best players under management in our network.
SCOUTING TEAM'S WAY OF WORK:
To represent and display your football players, Scouting Team requires at least the following:
a) Representation Agreement or mandate of each player.
b) Up to date CV with Scouting Team standard. If the CV is not complete, we won't authorize it to be displayed on the website.
c) Video of the players : The ideal video would consist 10-15 minutes of the best moments / highlights of the player.
d) One or more pictures of the player fully dressed in his football kit.
e) A copy of the Passport.
f) Further documents:
- Contract of the player with his current club
- Registration card (copy)
- Any copies of mandates/representation agreements that the player signed with other agents/third parties
- All other agreements/contracts between the player and club (additional performance agreement, image rights etc.)
- All other agreements with 3rd parties (sponsoring, marketing, charity etc.)
SCOUTING TEAM'S COMPENSATION SCHEME:
If you are appointed as a General Manager of a country within the Scouting Team Network, there are 2 types of compensations:
a) for a licensed player’s agent we pay 40% of the net income
b) for an unlicensed agent, representative, scout etc. 20% of the net income
If you are a part of an individual country network, your payment depends on your individual agreement and negotiations with each General Manager of the particular country you are working for.
Only the players who fulfil the requirements will be displayed and represented, without exception.
