Scouting Team is an international sport management company, developing an exclusive and worldwide operating network of experienced experts, specialized in the field of sport. The company has the objective to create a new approach including modern technology (NTIC). Scouting Team's internet based information platform is unique and allows participants to use the provided information from any location in the world.

For Scouting Team it is of great importance that each network partner is dedicated to fulfill these tasks.



SCOUTING TEAM'S PHILOSOPHY:


Scouting Team has taken the important decision to develop and work only and without exception within its own international network, therefore without any external agents or mediators.


The company works only with the exclusive appointed representative as one general manager in each country. Scouting Team developed the idea:


"One Partner, One Market, One Responsibility".


Each exclusive representative will work as a general manager in his country. He has the responsibility to develop his own local network and to take care of his own clientele. They have to be specialists within their home country and know their domestic market inside out. All our exclusive network partners have to identify exactly the aims of their clients and guarantee to every client a unique and personalized relationship. The objective is to build an extraordinary relationship to a large number of different groups of clients (players, clubs, football academies, federations, etc.) and build a network and link between each client group.


Scouting Team expects good communication between all the network partners and therefore it is of very high importance to receive regular and comprehensive reporting from all our representatives (each Friday evening) about the work achieved during this week, new contacts made, meetings attended and to inform us about the development of their local networks (scouts, players, football academy, etc).


Scouting Team representatives have to be attentive and check on a regular basis emails, Scouting Team's own intranet message system and the news on the website www.scoutingteam.com Scouting Team is a "TEAM", therefore, in case of problems, questions, requests etc. each network partner can contact us anytime for any queries. Our online platform will exchange important information immediately. Together, we will be more efficient in order to resolve problems and to distribute important information.



SCOUTING TEAM'S WAY OF WORK:


Scouting Team has developed a new way of work in order to establish a serious image of professionalism. Scouting Team demands from all network partners to follow this particular way of work in order to create a common Scouting Team identity, image, work procedures etc. all over the world. There is only one Scouting Team! Scouting Team has set high standards to deliver top quality services to our clients, who are the football players and football clubs, federations, etc. Therefore, any partner needs to meet these set minimum standards.


To represent and display your football players, Scouting Team requires at least the following:


a) Representation Agreement or mandate of each player in the name of the Scouting Team Network Partner or in the name of Scouting Team on behalf of the network partner.


b) Current and up to date CV of the players including all necessary information to produce a proper CV with Scouting Team standard. If the CV is not complete, we won't authorize it on the website. All information is important, so don't forget anything.


Please be aware that each general manager will be responsible for his own players and their CVs.


General Managers have to take care of:


- Updating the CV


Tt is very important to give to our clients the latest news, up-to-date statistics about our players. If CVs are not updated, our image will suffer and it shows little professionalism. It is very important to add the last games, the last goals scored (or received = goalkeeper), last honors, achievements etc.


- Playing history


It is important to show each club the player played for without any interception. If there is an interception, our clients will believe that the player was without club and we do not want this, when it was not the case. Add the number of matches and number of goals scored. It does not look good when it is the middle of the season and the player only played 4 games or a striker has only scored a few goals. The visitor of the website (partner, club, scouts, coaches etc.) will believe that the player is only a reserve player or is injured (and maybe not available for a trial or transfer). These details are very important! Further, it is very important to differ between senior teams and youth teams. It has to be very clear, if the player played, e.g. for FC Barcelona (in this case it would be the first team), FC Barcelona (Reserves or B-Team) or FC Barcelona (Youth).


- Information about player's profile, achievement etc.


It is very important to add only the important and specific points. The text has to be clear, short but exact. The objective is to have a complete and clear image of the player, his football skills and the most important information about his career as a football player.


Information in general displayed on the CV:


It is important to give a comprehensive explanation of all the information. The sport directors or head coaches need to comprehend clearly and quickly because they are busy people and have no time to lose reading the CVs all over again, just to understand the CV.


c) Video of the players: The ideal video would last 10-15 minutes including the best moments / highlights of the player and one football video featuring the player in one or more standard football matches. The video must show the player having many contacts with the ball. We will be able to assist in producing, editing and uploading the video and can give you instructions on how to do this.


d) One or more professional pictures of the player fully dressed in his football kit or in action. This/these pictures will be used for the player's CV and the picture gallery. The players need to appear with a football shirt or during a game. We can add 3 or 4 professional pictures in order to give more visibility to the player. Each representative has to know that these pictures are the 1st visual contact with a Sport Director or a Head Coach and first impressions are very important.


e) A copy of the Passport. If the player does not have passport, he is not available for an international trial or transfer. The representative has to start processing the passport immediately.


f) Further documents:

- Contract of the player with his current club

- Registration card (copy)

- Any copies of mandates/representation agreements that the player signed with other agents/third parties

- All other agreements/contracts between the player and club (additional performance agreement, image rights etc.)

- All other agreements with 3rd parties (sponsoring, marketing, charity etc.) Only the players who fulfil the requirements will be displayed and represented, without exception.

It is also the image and reputation of the players that is at risk, if low quality videos, pictures and CV's are presented to the decision takes of the clubs. Every ST player has deserves the best possible service.
