Scouting Team's appeals receive a positive answer from the Bulgarian Arbitrage Court

On February 2012, Scouting Team made an appeal to the Bulgarian arbitrage court against the decisions of the Bulgarian Football Union's sports technical committee. The Committee had ruled that Scouting Team players, Georgi Kostadinov and Emanuil Manev, were wrong to have terminated their employment contracts with their respective clubs, PSFC Chernomoretz Bourgas and PFC Chernomoretz. The committee had concluded that the players both owed the clubs compensation for the early contract termination. Scouting Team presented a case that challenged and contradicted these allegations and had been waiting for the outcome of the Arbitrage Court.

The Bulgarian arbitrage court has now given its definitive answer to the appeals, and has agreed with the case put forward by Scouting Team and ruled in favour of the players.

Both players, Georgi Kostadinov and Emanuil Manev, are happy about the work undertaken by Scouting Team and the positive conclusion of these cases.
