The BULTEX Tournament's selection is complete after that the English club Manchester City confirmed their participation.

The BULTEX Tournament, in Bulgaria in May 2014, will be composed by:
- Manchester City from England,
- PAOK from Greece,
- Red Star Belgrade from Serbia,
- Stabaek Football from Norway
- Hagi Academy from Romania,
- Besiktas Istanbul from Turkey,
- PFC CSKA Sofia,
- PFC Chernomore Varna.
