On February 2012, Scouting Team made an appeal to the Bulgarian arbitrage court against the decisions of the Bulgarian Football Union's sports technical committee. The Committee had ruled that Scouting Team players, Georgi Kostadinov and Emanuil Manev, were wrong to have terminated their employment contracts with their respective clubs, PSFC Chernomoretz Bourgas and PFC Chernomoretz.
